These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and din999 ("din999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the din999 platform, including the website at din999.cam, any associated mobile interfaces, the sportsbook, the live casino, slot games and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

din999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on din999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction or operator. Age verification will be required.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted without prior written authorisation from din999.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from din999 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor or agent of din999, nor a close associate or family member of any such person where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where accessing this Platform would constitute a criminal offence, or where din999 has identified your location as a restricted territory.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not acting under duress or impairment.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

din999 provides a PKR-native cashier for deposits and withdrawals. The payment methods available at any given time are displayed in the live cashier. Methods available may include familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. None of these providers endorse gambling or are affiliated with din999. Users must verify current available methods and provider-specific rules at the cashier before transacting.

din999 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback and other incentive schemes. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit amount, contributing game weightings and expiry date. These must be read in full before claiming any offer.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Stacking of bonus offers is not permitted.
• din999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Where a bonus has already been credited, earned wagering progress will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, structuring deposits to exploit bonus terms, or using automated tools — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on din999. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the Platform and form part of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on din999. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Betting on events where you have insider knowledge, or participating in any scheme to manipulate sporting or casino outcomes.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner that unfairly alters game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live-dealer games.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another individual or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from din999.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks for deposits made to your din999 Account without first engaging din999 support to resolve the dispute.
• Accessing a Restricted Jurisdiction: Using VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your location.

din999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, AML obligations, ineligibility of the user or force majeure events.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds will be held securely and returned to the user if the investigation concludes without adverse findings, subject to applicable processing requirements. Bonus Funds are not retained during a suspension period.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before a final account balance is returned. Where closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, self-exclusion options are also available and may be more appropriate.

All content on the din999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trade marks and service marks — is the intellectual property of din999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from din999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, din999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from gambling losses.

din999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

din999 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, virus-free or that all defects will be corrected. Temporary interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances outside din999's control will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

din999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be accessed through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account activity for a defined period between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period. You are encouraged to seek self-exclusion immediately if you believe you have a gambling problem.

din999 takes underage gambling seriously. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials, contact support immediately and change your password. Use parental control software to restrict Platform access on shared devices.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, retention periods, your data subject rights and how to exercise them.

din999 does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers, KYC/AML partners and regulatory authorities as required by law or to operate the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which din999 holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is a matter of Pakistani domestic law and is not subject to override by these Terms or any foreign governing law clause.

din999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a banner notification on the Platform or a communication to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
